Location and access
Villa Pod Smrkem is situated in town Nove Mesto pod Smrkem on the Czech-Polish state border on the foothill of Jizera mountains. Access: Liberec - Frydlant v Cechach - Nove Mesto p. Smrkem. From Poland through border crossing Cziernawa-Zdroj or Zawidow. From Germany through border crossing Zittau.
Equipment and services
Apartment is situated in the first floor of the villa and has separate entrance. The owner live in the house. Equipment: area 70qm, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and possibility of extra bed, fully equipped kitchen with dinng room (4-plate electric cooker, el.oven, refrigerator, el.kettle, coffee machine, toaster, utensils), TV, bathroom with shower, bath and WC, winter garden with sitting. Guests can use room for ski and bikes in the house. Villa Pod Smrkem is surrounded by nice garden with full-grown tree, prepared grass, outdoor terrace, grill and tennis court. Tennis court - 1 hour daily in price, than 100,- CZK/hour

Nové Město pod Smrkem is situated in tourist region Frýdlant area between the Jindřichovice ridge and the mountain Smrk. It was founded in 1584 and its establishment is closely connected with mining of tin and other non-ferrous metal metals in its surrounding. In the recent history the town was famous for its textile industry. The town is located 465 meters above sea level and has approximately 4000 inhabitants. The Frýdlant region is so far little discovered area, however it offers the opportunity to spend an active holiday in the middle of a beautiful nature at the bottom of the Jizera mountains. Nové Město pod Smrkem is perfect for cycling and hiking tours with the choice of many trips to the Jizera Mountains. Local cycling tours are also suitable for less able-bodied cyclist and children. Nové Město pod Smrkem also serves as a base for spa tourism in the nearby Spa Libverda (CZ) and Swiaradow Zdroj (PL). There are outdoor pool and renovated town spa available for the tourists’ relaxation. You can have a dinner in one of the four local restaurants.
