Newly renovated guesthouse located 6km from Klinovec, in altitude 850m a.s.l. Nove Zvolani is a quiet village with one local club (pub). There is also game preserve with deers and mouflons. Roads are very well maintained and passable in the winter. Possibility to provide weddings.

Ideal location near the ski resort Klinovec - Ore Mountains (7km). The apartment is located in altitude 850m a.s.l. and 4km from the mountain town Vejprty (border crossing with Germany).
