The price does not include tourist tax 50 CZK for an adult per night!
Accommodation with a dog is possible. The fee for a dog is 250 CZK/night
For a short stay for 1 night we charge a surcharge of 20%!
The pre-agreed accommodation price must be paid in full before arrival according to the issued invoices.
A refundable deposit of 2,000 CZK per apartment is collected before arrival according to the issued invoice. Any damage to the equipment of the Swertia apartment house will be deducted from the deposit. The administrator of the building decides on the possible amount of deductions from the security deposit.
We return the deposit to the account after the end of the stay.
Arrival is possible between 14:00 and 18:00 (or by arrangement with the property manager).
The apartment must be left by 10:00. Failure to comply with the departure time may result in a fine of 50% of the refundable deposit being levied by the property manager.
