Summer season - prices
Summer season: May, June, July, August, September

The prices listed are for the entire property including fees and VAT.
The price for a week of 7 nights is 65,000 CZK + electricity
The price for two nights (Weekend price) is 28,000 CZK + electricity.
The price for a week of two or more nights is 10,000 CZK/night + electricity.

The price of electricity / 10.- CZK per 1 kW

The price includes fees: water, gas, local fee, Wifi/radio and bed linen according to the number of registered persons.

The object must be handed over in the condition in which it was handed over
Winter season - prices
Winter season: November, December, January, February, March.

The prices listed are for the entire property including fees and VAT.

Off season: April, October

Other information:
Reservation is possible and confirmed only with a deposit of 50% of the rental price and signing the rental agreement. The balance is due no later than one week before arrival.

Cancellation conditions:

61 or more days before arrival: cancellation fee is 20% of the total deposit price (80% of the deposit is refunded).

30 to 60 days before arrival: cancellation fee is 50% of the total deposit price (50% of the deposit is refunded).

Less than 30 days before arrival: cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit (the deposit is non-refundable in full).

On the day of arrival, a refundable deposit of CZK 13,500. Any damage found on the day of departure will be deducted from the deposit. In the case of extreme pollution, requiring wet cleaning of carpets, painting, etc., the deposit will not be refunded. The deposit is governed by the rental agreement.

New Year's Eve stay until July 27th - cancellation after July 27th - deposit is non-refundable

arrival from 10:00 am and departure by 2:00 pm
