Winter season: 1.10. - 30.4. (except New Year's Eve)
Rent of the entire building only
7200 CZK/night including utilities and bed linen
+ flat-rate cleaning 2500 CZK
(in case of a stay with pets, an additional cleaning fee of 500 CZK will be charged!)
Additional charges on site:
- recreation and accommodation fee 30 CZK/day (18+ only)
Summer season - prices
Summer season: 1.6. - 30.9.

6000 CZK/night including utilities and bed linen
+ flat-rate cleaning 2500 CZK

Out of season - prices
Christmas and New Year's Eve 11,000 CZK per night, only for stays of at least 6 nights, plus a flat-rate cleaning fee of 2,500 CZK (in the case of a stay with pets, an additional cleaning fee of 500 CZK is charged!) and a local fee to the municipality of 30 CZK per person/night (only 18+).
Christmas and New Year's Eve are understood to mean the entire period of public holidays from 19.12 to 5.1.
The price includes energy and bedding.
Other information:
- the equipment provided in the price includes:
in the kitchen: jar, towels, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, washing powder
in the bathrooms: toilet paper and soap
in the building there is: one hairdryer
in the backyard in the woodshed: firewood
- after agreement, it is possible to rent tap equipment for a fee
- towels are NOT included in the services provided
- putting on and taking off bed linen is NOT included in the services provided, however, a complete set of bed linen is always placed on each bed; Before departure, please remove the bedding and place it in the designated bag/sack
- we recommend slippers (there is tile in the common room and you can heat it in the stove there)
- the kitchen is fully equipped: cutlery, dishes, glasses, mugs, microwave, drip coffee maker, two kettles, 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, washing machine, pots, pans, baking trays, mixers, kitchen scales, hand and whisk blenders, etc.
- cleaning is always paid for in a flat rate of 2.5000,- CZK, but before departure we ask guests to take out all trash cans - there is a trash can for mixed waste in front of the building and a short distance down the road above the building there are containers for sorted waste
- in the winter season, the building is heated to a comfortable temperature two days before the guests arrive
- in the summer season, when the heating price is lower, it is possible to agreement to heat it up briefly
- there are also two "beer sets" for sitting outside (they are stored in the cellar) and an outdoor charcoal grill.
