Other information:
Accommodation – rent of apartments is for weekly period and the arrival day is Saturday. The transfer of the key is at the arrival day after 3pm. The departure and the handover of clean apartment is each day till 10am. Agreement is possible

All prices are in CZK and includes VAT
The price includes sheets, electricity, water, 1 towel, local taxes and parking by the pension. We recommend using snow chains!

Deposit is 2000,- CZK for whole apartment
Additional bed 250,- CZK for person/night
Arrival time after 2pm, the departure time till 10am
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are allowed only in winter time for fee 100,- CZK/day

Reservation terms:
We required advance payment by reservation. The rest of total sum will be paid by arrival (plus deposit 2000,- CZK).

Cancelation terms
For the cancel of reservation 2 months before arrival day is cancel fee 0,- CZK
For the cancel of reservation 20 days – two months before the arrival day is cancel fee 3000,- CZK
For the cancel of reservation 1 day – 19 days before the arrival day cancellation fee equal to the amount of the deposit
For the cancel the stay during the time of your stay is cancel fee 100% of paid deposit
Boarding
The closest grocery shop is in Roudnice 1km, Vitkovice (2km), Jilemnice 10km.
Dining is possible in restaurant in Vitkovice, hotel Jasmin Vitkovice, Mountain hotel Rezek.
