The route starts near the railway station in Nové Město (crossroads with green 3921) and continues through Lounská Louka to railway station in Moldava. From Moldava it goes along road to Horní Ves and than to Český Jiřetín (crossroads with blue 1620). There the route finishes in the center of town.
