Souvlastni is situated 10km from Rychnov nad Kneznous, directions to Nebeska Rybna (Zdobnice). Distance to Ricky is 10km or 4 following the ski cross trail, 12km to Destna, 4km to Zdobnice (great slope for kids).

We rent for weeks terms, we have capacity for 8-15 persons, max. 12 adults and 3 kids. Equipment: WiFi, bath, massage shower, 2x toilets, another shower, ping pong, INFRASAUNA for 4 persons, furnished kitchen, TV and digital SAT, DVD, stoves.

What are recreation possibilities and services in surroundings?

Winter: slopes Destna, Ricky, Zdobnice (4km), more then 40km of ski cross trails. Summer: own heated swimingpool, 10m from cottage is wood with bike trails. Trampoline (3m), sandpit, fireplace, small place for football, natural grass court with the accessories for volleyball. Golf in Nebeská Rybná.
