Spa town Carlsbad (Karlovy Vary) 25km. Easy access to the ski resorts Bozi Dar (about 10 minutes by car) and Klinovec (15 minutes by car), ski resort Plesivec (10 minutes by car) or ski resort Jachymov (5 minutes by car). Ideal for families, the bussinness parties. Suitable also for walking and cycling. Parking in front of the house. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Objekt. Summer - at least weekly stays. After agreement possibility of booking shorter periods. For recreational stay only - NO parties.

Cottage for rent provides accommodation in 3 bedrooms (2 beds, 3 beds, 4 beds). Sanitary facilities - 1 bathroom with tub, shower and toilet on the first floor and two toilets with sink on the ground floor. Heating provided centrally by owner of the object. Satellite TV, WiFi access. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove with oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, fridge, coffee maker and toaster. Possibility to rent beer tapping device with cooling for 200,- CZK/day after previous agreement. Billiards, table football, fitness machine. Outdoor grill.
