Location and access
Guest house is situated in the spa village Karlova Studánka, in the part Hubertov, 5 minutes by walk to centre and bus station. Karlova Studánka is the enter point of tourist hikes to the peak Praded and Jeseniky. Access from Bruntál or Rýmařov, finally destination of bus connection. By bus: station Karlova Studánka – station Hubertus (50m). By train: Bruntál – then by bus (17km), Vrbno p. Praděděm – then by bus. Reservation is done at the request of the person (by phone, e-mail) and is confirmed (guaranteed) in agreement with the receptionist (manager) and advance payment. If canceled 14 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable. In case of change the dates it is without penalty.

There are these rooms in the ground floor: 1x double room, 1x double room with 2 extra beds, 1x apartment (2 double rooms with a hall) 1x full equipped kitchen, common room. There are these apartments on the 1st floor: 2x apartment with 4 beds (2 beds + the loft with 2 beds) 1x apartment (1x double room and 1x room with storey bed) 1x full equipped kitchen with dinning room. All rooms have a bathroom. hall, TV and wireless internet. The kitchens are very well equipped (microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, glass ceramic hob, stainless steel cookware, glassware...). Upstairs there is a small dining room. There is a large dining room for 30 people on the ground floor. The maximum capacity of the object is 22 beds. The house has new ski/bike room, fireplace, grill, sitting. Possibility of wireless internet (free) in the entire house. Parking free of charge. Large garage for bikers free of charge. WE SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL.
