Accommodation reservations are made based on a person's request (by phone, e-mail or in person) and are considered confirmed (guaranteed) upon agreement with the receptionist (manager) and payment of a deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is refundable 14 days before the day of arrival.
4-13 days befoe arrival is charged 50% of the total amount.
0-3 days before arrival, the entire amount is charged.
