Cross-country skiing resort Dlouhá Louka

The village of Dlouhá Louka - Osek is located at an altitude of 872 m above sea level (the starting point of winter cross-country trails, also summer cycling trails). At a distance of about 1 km there is a view-tower on Vlčí hora 890m above sea level with a beautiful view of the Bohemian Central Mountains. With good visibility you can see mountains Klínovec, Ještěd and also the northern part of Prague.

About 100 parking spaces are maintained in winter for those interested in cross-country skiing. Snow conditions are very good, as most tracks run along the north side of the terrain. The tracks are regularly maintained by the non-profit organization Krušnohorský klub.

Dlouhá Louka offers several possibilities for cross-country trips. There are six basic circuits in the complex. Some of them are also linked to the surrounding areas of Klíny, Bouřňák, Hölzhau cooperating within the project Krušnohorská bílá stopa (Ore Mountains White Track). More at www.krusnohorskyklub.cz
