The guest house is located in the center of the mountain town Kovářská (815 m above sea level). Arrival is possible by car or bus from Chomutov, Kadaň, Klášterec nad Ohří, Vejprt and Karlovy Vary (in the case of bus transport, use the Boží Dar transfer stop) or by car from Karlovy Vary, Chomutov, Kadaň and Vejprty. The guest house has its own parking lot monitored by a camera system.

Some rooms have a bathroom shared by two rooms that can be used as an apartment, some have a separate bathroom in the room and part separately for the room in the hallway. In winter there are many cross-country trails in the area, including the famous Bauer circuit, other sport possibilities can be found in nearby Boží Dar or in Klínovec.
